With a background in interior design, kitchen renovations and real estate marketing, Marjorie Gandra brings a range of expertise and worldliness to her role as Senior Property Manager for the Aurora Property group. She’s based in the Epping office and specialises in the local area.
Marjorie is a fluent Spanish and English speaker originally from Venezuela. She’s lived in Australia for over a decade and holds an up-to-date real estate license. She’s currently managing a portfolio of over 170 properties, showcasing her exceptional skill and capability.
Warm, friendly and approachable, Marjorie adores meeting new people and building relationships with both landlords and tenants. She also enjoys inspecting properties and impressing clients with her time, effort, in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills.
