Zing Liu

With over a decade in the real estate industry, Zing Liu brings an abundance of knowledge and expertise to her role as Senior Portfolio Manager for Aurora Property. With experience in both sales and property management, she specialises in Sydney’s North Shore.

Zing is a hardworking Chinese Australian who has called Australia home since 2007. Fluent in Mandarin and English, she started out by putting her impeccable people skills to good use in hospitality and in-house disability care. She made the transition to real estate in 2014.

From sales to property management, where she’s now found her ideal career, Zing has worked for some of Sydney’s best real estate brands. She made the move to Aurora for its company culture, which includes an outstanding team she feels she can learn a lot from.

A good listener who thrives on problem solving, Zing can pinpoint the value of a rental property and yield strong returns. Her stellar market knowledge and strong negotiation skills ensure she’s able to secure the best possible outcome for both landlords and tenants.

Zing has experience managing a portfolio of around 200 properties. She takes a personalised approach to clients, making them feel heard and confident their needs will be met. When it comes to finding solutions to tricky problems, she believes clear, direct communication is best. Zing is highly responsive and open to feedback so that she can consistently improve.

When she’s not working, Zing, a Lane Cove resident, enjoys quality time with her two young children. She keeps fit with a combination of Pilates, tennis and coastal walks with friends.
